KAREN CHAPMAN

ACCOUNTANT

Karen, a Colorado native, joined Whitcomb, Selinsky Law PC, to provide clarity and understanding to the sometimes daunting and confusing world of accounting. She works with both internal and external clients to solve problems and get results. 

Before devoting her time to Whitcomb, Selinsky Law PC, Karen was a financial and compliance auditor. Her audit experience includes working with governments, educational institutions, not-for-profits, small to medium sized private companies, start-up companies and established organizations. Karen has also worked with and helped manage a local accounting firm focusing primarily on preparing tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates and trusts. She also helped companies to file quarterly and annual payroll tax returns. 

Karen has been a certified public accountant since 2006.  

PERSONAL INTERESTS

Karen loves spending time with her husband and her three children. She is a third-degree black belt in Taekwondo, a black belt in the Superfoot kickboxing system, and is also studying Jiu Jitsu. Karen is an avid reader and enjoys performing instrumental music.
