Chase Tavernier is an Associate Attorney with Whitcomb, Selinsky, P.C., whose practice focuses on complex civil litigation across multiple jurisdictions. Mr. Tavernier represents clients in a broad range of disputes, including employment matters, government contracting issues, probate and estate litigation, and commercial and contract disputes. He provides comprehensive representation to individuals and businesses through all phases of litigation, from initial pleadings and discovery to dispositive motions and appellate review. Mr. Tavernier, recognized as Whitcomb, Selinsky, P.C.’s 2025 “Attorney of the Year,” is known for his precision in legal analysis, persuasive written advocacy, and strategic approach to achieving client objectives.

Mr. Tavernier earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he completed a Concentration in the Business of Innovation, Law, and Technology and an Area of Focus in Business Compliance and Sustainability. During law school, Mr. Tavernier served as Executive Editor of the University of Miami Business Law Review and was an active member of the Public Interest Leadership Board and the Society of Bar and Gavel, reflecting his commitment to academic excellence and professional integrity. He also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Chris McAliley of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, gaining valuable experience in the judicial process.

A native of Coos Bay, Oregon, Mr. Tavernier maintains strong ties to the Pacific Northwest and values the work ethic and community principles instilled during his upbringing. Outside of his practice, he enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and continuing to develop his professional and civic involvement.

Mr. Tavernier is admitted to practice law in Colorado and Texas.
