Joe Whitcomb is the founder and president of Whitcomb, Selinsky, PC (WSM). Brandon Selinsky counsels breweries and other business clients on trademark prosecution and defense in front of the USPTO and TTAB. Most recently, he fended off a major university’s attack on an independent artist’s trademark. He also represents service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB) in government procurement matters, including bid protests, contract disputes, and appellate advocacy. Marc Tawil

Marc Tawil is a Junior Associate at Whitcomb & Selinsky. Marc works with both the transactional and litigation departments in the firm. He has experience representing individuals, start-ups and medium-sized businesses with commercial transactions, private-equity financing, securities regulation, corporate governance, real estate transactions and estate planning. Marc has a genuine interest in learning his clients’ needs in order to facilitate successful transactions and ensure that those needs are met regardless of whether they are transactional in-nature or involve litigation. Ken Enright

Ken Enright is a VA-accredited attorney and US Army veteran, including a deployment to Baghdad from December 2007 through February 2009 as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

After separating from the military in 2009, Ken studied Political Science at Concordia University-Wisconsin, where he quickly developed a passion for the law.
