BRANDON M. SELINSKY
Chief Operating Officer
Brandon Selinsky leads the firm's intellectual property practice group. As part of that effort, he enjoys counseling breweries and other business clients on trademark prosecution and defense in front of the USPTO and TTAB. He also lectures on copyright and trademark law for the National Business Institute and for individual trade groups. In addition, Brandon advises service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB) and other government contractors on data rights and broader intellectual property rights.
As a senior attorney in the firm's administrative law practice, Brandon handles appeals to the federal district and circuit courts. His appellate advocacy has resulted in favorable outcomes for clients from the 10th Circuit, the Federal Circuit, and district courts including Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
Brandon also leads Beer Law HQ, our practice group that specializes in beer and spirits law, including TTB compliance, licensing/permitting, and other regulatory issues.
Prior to joining Whitcomb, Selinsky PC, Brandon litigated subrogation claims for major insurance companies, including American Family, State Farm, and USAA.
