Tess Felter has always been passionate about the legal field and helping others during times of need. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science with minors in Business Administration and English from Loyola University Maryland, where she also pursued a pre-law track. During her undergraduate studies, Tess worked as a research assistant for a project analyzing changes to state constitutions over the past two decades, with a focus on personal liberties. She also gained valuable hands-on experience through internships with her local district attorney’s office and a mid-sized litigation firm, which solidified her commitment to pursuing a career in law.

Suddaby of the Northern District of New York, where she developed a deeper appreciation for the judiciary and the intricacies of the legal system. As a paralegal, she is eager to continue expanding her practical experience and knowledge in estate planning, probate matters, and civil litigation. Tess plans to attend law school in the future to further her ability to advocate for others and contribute meaningfully to the legal profession.
