Umansky v. ABC Ins.: WI Court Allows Wrongful Death Suit to Proceed

A wrongful-death action arose after an ABC cameraman fell from an elevated platform at Camp Randall Stadium that lacked a required guardrail. The Wisconsin Supreme Court held that the stadium facilities director had a ministerial duty to comply with OSHA-derived guardrail requirements incorporated into Wisconsin's administrative code.
