Jordan v. Panorama addressed whether a commercial tenant was a landowner under Colorado’s Premises Liability Act when an injury occurred in a common area. The Colorado Supreme Court concluded that Panorama did not possess the sidewalk or have legal responsibility for its condition because the lease reserved control and maintenance of the common area to the landlord.
