Mator v. Wesco involved claims that Wesco and its retirement-plan fiduciaries allowed excessive recordkeeping fees and failed to obtain competitive pricing. The Third Circuit vacated the dismissal, finding that meaningful comparisons with other plans could plausibly support a prudence claim and that ERISA does not require perfectly matched 'apples-to-apples' comparators.
