Boeing challenged a government price adjustment arising from changes to its cost accounting practices. The Court of Federal Claims had dismissed the contract claims for lack of jurisdiction, but the Federal Circuit held that the claims arose from a contracting officer's final decision and fell within the Contract Disputes Act. The court also reaffirmed Tucker Act jurisdiction over the alternative illegal-exaction theory and remanded all four claims for further proceedings.
