David councils clients through complex personal injury, commercial litigation, and other complex matters in state and federal courts throughout the country. Based upon a client's needs, he advises individual and corporate clients on their claims and outlines strategies to obtain the best result for each client.


At Whitcomb, Selinsky, PC, David works with the firm’s litigation team - handling a wide variety of commercial and personal injury matters throughout the United States.

David has worked for several law firms throughout Virginia where he garnered extensive experience representing and advising multinational corporations to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. These representations required litigation at both state and federal courts throughout the country with a focus on financial services. In addition to his focus on financial services and related regulations, David has experience in representing whistleblowers in qui tam actions and False Claims Act cases.
