Arron Nesbitt is the Senior Managing Attorney for the firm’s litigation department. Arron is a national trial attorney with over 19 years of experience handling cases in state and federal courts for both plaintiff and defense clients throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Arron is licensed in Colorado, Texas, Arizona, and California, and is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Arron focuses his practice in the areas of wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, mass tort and other complex claims including business disputes, breach of contract, and general liability matters.
In addition to trial work Arron also regularly counsels and assists clients with review and evaluation of corporate policies and procedures, training manuals and related employment materials. He works closely with individuals and corporate clients evaluating claims as well as active litigation matters in terms of necessary discovery, potential liability/valuation, and strategies for potential ADR and trial.

Prior to joining WSM, Arron worked for several multinational law firms wherein he garnered extensive experience evaluating, managing, trying, and resolving complex and large loss claims for a number of primary and excess carriers across all lines, including but not limited to Auto and Commercial Transportation, Premises Liability, Product Liability, and Construction Defect.
